Hello all, am new to this site and have been avidly reading a number of these discussions with interest - great site and very useful feedback...!
Anyway Nawaf, don't know if you've resolved your head banging issue, however I have the exact same transpac rig and set-up with crotch strap (bought 18mths back) and suffered the same problem initially. I tried most of the above with limited success, however after studying the harness/wing set up, I eventually decided to lower the top tank strap (and thus able to lower the cyl). Parallel webbing is stitched down the length of the harness, the existing slot for the tank band is simply a two inch unstitched section. I took the whole thing to a specialist climbing outlet, that has a heavy duty sewing machine for webbing, and had another 2" section unstitched just below the original slot. Then had the webbing immediately above and below the new slot re-stitched to preserve integrity of the harness. This left me with two upper slots separated by about 1/4" of stitching. The travel wing itself requires no adjustment as it has a large cut out in the upper section already.
This result was great, I dropped the top strap about 2", no more head banging! Note that some tech divers would point out that this may restrict access to your first stage to turn your on/off your air, however the upper slot is still there if required.
Please note, (and without trying to be patronizing), that modifications such as this are certainly not recommended unless you are confident/competent in what you are doing. I took a lot of care to avoid compromising the strength or integrity of the harness. Plus warranty would almost certainly be invalidated
Anyway hope this may help.
Happy diving, Andy (lazydiver)
