Well.... If you get a cab, they will know...

If you are driving, well... You go down 65 towards the airport. At the shell in the middle of the intersection turn right (or east) Go a little ways until you see the pemex station on the left. Turn left just before it. then go until you can turn right then turn right again and el moro is on the right. Does that make sense?

It is on 75 Buis between 2 and 4.

I did see a little splendid toadfish among the usual crowd.

Last night we hit Frattelli's Pizza at Calle 8 and Ave 10 for a quick bite before bed. Place was kinda empty which seems a shame as the food is good. Had a Mexicana and the Frattelli special and a pitcher of sangria. Nice...

yipppppeeeeee ! Sounds like the eagles are definitely in the area....now I just need them to find me. Thanks for the water temp ( keep me posted toward the end of the week so I know what to pack). I'm counting down to 6 days.:cheerleader:

Hope the El Moro/WW get togethers are lots of fun. Can't wait to read all the stories and see the pics here on SB. Someone be sure to get something good on cv ...we're all waiting !!

Trying to be frugal, this trip wasn't planned. Looks like Safari Inn is the best cheap option @ $45/night. (my needs are minimal). I stayed there 20 years ago and they seemed fine then.

Anybody have any feedback on this selection or a better suggestion?

Looking forward to the meet-up tomorrow at El Moro. After arriving on the 26th I managed to dive on the 27th but the port was closed on the 28th/29th/30th but three of us did head to Playa for some cenote dives with Dennis from Diablo. Back in the water on the Thursday right through to today with 82 - 84 degree water and an outstanding eagle ray sighting. This one was huge and, as it cruised by, it crunched down and then spit out the large conch shell....everyone loved that!

No sightings of eagle rays at San Francisco or Paradise yesterday. Strobe fell offf the housing so no good pictures yet. As reported water was 81. Ate in the "hood" yesterday. Great food - fajitas! Looking forward to El Moro tonight!!
