Had them for several years, no issues on three different sets.

I flame my mask and then scrub clean with dish soap. I install them with warm water and press them down lightly. Empty any residual water and pat dry gently with a paper towel. Let them dry several days if possible. The water will evaporate from between the lens and the glass--yes--it will.
