Its safe to say that none of us do it for the money. Unless you are in some distant location in a tropical place or possibly work for a cruise line or something like that it is just about the love of diving. If you are only in it for the money don't bother. Personally I enjoy working as a DM just as much as diving with buddies just for fun. Its all about what you want out of diving. Like everything else in life.... you get out what you put in.
