I personally recommend Blue XT Sea as well. Its behind the Chedraui and across the street to the North. Cozumel Palace is very close. Email Kristy, her website is www.bluextseadiving.com You will need to make reservations in advance because she books up well in advance! She is fantastic with referrals.
