I did North of Sharky's this AM. My report is basically the same as Tooth's with one exception. Beware, Jellies are returning.
 
Bryan Fl and I went out at Ahamies. Hit about 23' no jellies tg. Still kinda snotty. Temp at
22 was 84. Viz maybe 10-12'. Storm rolled in just as we came up. Beat the lightning and rain by about 30 mins. Tested out new design on tooth bag love it. I ll make more. And a new dive skin. Kept getting air in it. I felt like a balloon.

We finally got out again.

Site: Boneyard
Water Temp: 87
Viz: 10 down to 5 at end of dive
Tide: Peak incoming (noon to 2 PM)
Wind: nil
Surf: calm with swell of 1-2
Algae: not as bad as it has been

Other stuff: I didn't see any jellies. A big turtle swiming all around the boat while we were getting ready and then it took off just as we jumped in. :depressed:

Got nailed by jellies twice saw a few that were able to avoid.

Got a broken 3 1/2" meg, 2 1/4" mako
 
Don't see many reports for Manasota. Did you dive North or South of the Life Guard Tower?
I've done a few dives there, never found any nice course black rubble to indicate fossil deposits, like you find at the boneyard.

Got a worn 3" meg, a whale vertebrae and various other bones on Sunday. Monday we got mainly small stuff which included a nice Hemi.:D
