Winds from the N/ NE, made Pebble a good pick. The rocks are piled up quite high, so you will have to climb over a 6'+ hill to get to the beach. Only one over pair of divers there. We dove at low tide on the first reef. A shallow dive with average depth of 15'. Viz was about 10-12'. 47deg at depth with some surge. Didn't see too much life, but did see a skate, flounder, 1 crab and a few smalll lobbies. My buddy and I dove wet and were comfortable during our 45 minute bottom time.
