Hello. I am very interested in doing a trip to Egypt with diving and a land tour of the hot sites. Has anyone ever heard of Atlantic Adventure Divers or gone through them for trips? I am posting the link to the trip if anyone cares to check it out and give advice, pointers, etc about the package or the agency. It just seems rather inexpensive. PM me with info please. Thank you all in advance. Atlantic Adventure Divers - Pyramids & Scuba Diving in Egypt on a Budget

Never heard of them but it looks like they're just one of several hundred 3rt party organisers. They don't actually do anything themselves just book the diving and tours with other companies and stick you on them.
Probably easier, cheaper and more flexible to just organise it yourself.

I took a quick look and that seems very expensive. Egypt is very easy to travel around via road, train, boat and internal flights. You could travel around Egypt relatively easyily for under 50 Euros per day (less if you are backpacking) To make 22 shore dives around Dahab would cost around 500 Euros, true, that isn't on a liveaboard boat, it all depends on what you want.
