Yes..that is it..Jeannies Waffle house....last trip we were told we could use her pier...it was post Wilma....

OK...I'll have to look for this...I didn't even know it existed :)

Are _you_ still picking up at the pier across from the Casa Mexicana (I'm assuming that this is the downtown pier)?

Villa Blanca pier - owned by Dive Paradise. If not diving with Dive Paradise, they charge a $2 fee...rightfully so since they rebuilt it after the hurricane.

Is the fee new? Pre-Wilma the pier was available at no charge to hotel guests, regardless of whether they were diving with Dive Paradise or being picked up by another boat. I thought it still was. (Not that a couple bucks is a big deal for the convenience.)

Yeh, post Wilma...and it depends on if anyone is out there to charge or not.
