I was thinking of ideas for Scuba tourism in Nova Scotia, this is more of a question for people form Nova Scotia. What about creating a dive park? It could be a place serviced by one of the LDS's in the area. It would be a great place for training new divers, and further education. There could be a pool on site for off-season work and pool training for OW students, with a class room on site. You could also put attraction sin the water for diver's too see. One of the reason's I'm saying this, is yes there is a lot of great dive sites in Nova Scotia, but what about the non-techies who wil never see sites such as the Russian. Also you can't promise animal sighting's, I went on a dive where I told there was a wolf eel, never saw it. I trained my AOW in a area called Seal Rock off Lunenburg, no seal sightings:depressed: I'm thinking about forming a business plan, but there are things I have too research first, such as would Environment Canada allow such a place? I would like some honest opinions on such a place...
