I thought PADI Diving Society sold insurance ??I just sent them 40 bucks lol and was told that they dont.lol:(

Oh boy time to get a coffee and start reading!any personal oppionis on to which you have had the best dealings with??

I usually purchase blue cross when i travel to hawaii I will have to look up my policy and find out if they cover diving related injuries.

We have D.A.N, as was previously stated. It's important to remember that Diving insurance is SECONDARY to your primary insurance. We have never had to use ours, but the premiums are good and the people are always friendly if you call. Plus, they have a family rate, which is good since hubby and I both dive.

I'm sure all of the above offer decent coverage so why should you choose DAN over the others? They do research that will likely help you more than the the dive insurance itself.

Very good point.

Now if you were not an American/Canadien citizen, which insurance company gives a good set of benefits for us international peoples?

the wife and I recently bought diveassure. The research that my wife did pointed out that diveassure was a better idea than DAN. Besides, I've read some things that stated DAN was'nt accepted in some countries.
