In anticipation of my two month trip to Belize and Honduras next Wed., I've written eight new columns in my "Dive Dry with Dr. Bill" series and updated my website with them. For those of you who enjoy reading about marine life written in my unique witty style with a strong emphasis on the two most important things any species can do- eat and have sex! Just click here and read on

New ones added to the web site include crown-of-thorns starfish; balloonfish; "poor Nemo" (aquarium fish collecting); temperate and tropical food chains; ocean whitefish; chitons; bottlenose dolphin; what's in a (scientific) name?; Kellet whelk; sperm whale; cerianthid anemone; common dolphin and giant keyhole limpet.

It will be difficult to be away from the kelp forests for so long and have to dive warm, clear tropical waters for so long, but one has to make such sacrifices to pay the mortgage!

Best fishes,

Dr. Bill
