It's alleged to have happened in State waters, but there is some controversy about that. A mistake may have been made about where the event took place.which is why we are interested in a study linking shark feeding & number and kind of shark attacks and where. As long as the feeding is clearly in federal waters... nothing can do about that... to reiterate - the original post/incident was because it happened in state waters.
That's the point. The feeding didn't happen on the boat where a GPS would work. It happened in the water where they don't work.Since the FWC agents were actually on the boat, I doubt a mistake was made . . . .

Scott, the plane was found during an extended range/trimix class. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the class was done within standards, and Randy was not the instructor.
Secondly, if you haven't dove with him, how on earth would you know how safe he is? You don't. I've been on his boat many times and it's an incredibly safety conscious crew.
