Dive Assure Insurance Experiences? Any update/reports?

I thought it might be time to get updates (from last years and earlier posts/threads) regarding experiences anyone has had getting reimbursed from Dive Assure. I went with them last year as their coverage seemed to be more comprehensive than DANs for the same money. Also SSI has endorsed/suggested them. Any consumer reports since the last time this was asked? (No one had anything to report at that time.) I'm always wary of the "fine print screw job" from private insurance companies so I'm considering using DAN unless I start hearing some good anecdotal experiences with Dive Assure.
