Did my summary email help at all?
It definitely improved my frog kick but I'm still doing something wrong with the swimming. I'm going to try it with the backstroke since that's about the only stroke I won't drown with :D

get your daughter to video you and email it to me. :) I still feel bad I wasn't able to get down to the compound once more before I left. But glad the email is helping out. Btw, DC is pretty cool so far cause there's a lot of things to see!

<snip> . . . In all, there's an incredible attraction for anyone who already works in an environment that encourages conformity in the way things are done

I like visiting there but I don't want to live there now. It reminds me of Greece where you can be almost anywhere and you're near a monument to something historical. There's a TON of statues and monuments all over and I'm sure the summer humidity won't even bother you.

Hmmm, I wish I could take fundies but will have to wait until I'm in better shape. I'll have to make do with essentials for now (if I can ever get the schedule that fit my schedule). Have fun with the class, Erik, and let us know how it goes.
lay off the desserts, Gio.
