I get asked often when I'll have a class locally so I've gone ahead and set up a class for the weekend of July 18th, 19th & 20th.. Depending on student preference I'll either do it at Redondo Beach or Casino Point. The benefit of using Casino Point is were somewhat more assured of acceptable vis, less surge and easier entries. Since I video tape the class it's always better to have atleast 10' vis.. The downside to Casino Point is Cat. Express fees and hotels, I don't care either way, but I want to give the students the option and be sensitive to added costs.
