For the type of diving you will be doing, I'd pass on the cobalt for now (it doesn't give you anything you don't already have). Get the drysuit it will make your diving much more enjoyable, although I would suggest trying a few different manufacturers and styles (trilam, compressed neoprene, etc.) before you drop a significant amount of $ on a drysuit. That said the cobalt does look very cool :D
