As it says is there really a difference between Knighthawk and Ladyhawk other than label and marketing?

I am looking at second-hand items, I have a Small Ladyhawk that fits two member in my family. I have found a Knighthawk (Small) at a good price and am wondering if the Knighthawk would have any real difference.

Ladyhawk is supposedly cut to fit a woman. If the knighthawk fits you and you like it, why not? I still remember the days of no BCDs made especially for women.

I believe the chest strap is higher on a Ladyhawk; but yeah they seem essentially the same.

I think the ladies' sizing is about 1 size down from men's. My wife tried the Ladyhawk small and the strap is just a bit short; men's size small fits her alright.
