??? The "New Posts" is a link to http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/search.php?do=getnew and if you click the arrow you get the drop down.

Got it. I clicked in between the down arrow and the new post and got the drop down menu.

We do listen occasionally...

In all fairness, I suspect the change was put into place because you were listening to folks who weren't happy with recent changes to classifieds.

We will be expanding the second menu with other standard queries. Currently it's only Classifieds and posts in the last X days.

One request so far has been a search for new posts in Scuba forums only.

Feel free to add other suggestions.

The previous comments were part of another thread that was already going. When you started a seperate thread a day later, it looks like they just took those posts out and merged them with your thread.

A system where the user can select which boards appear in the search would be really nice.

There are some boards I do want to check almost every time but others that I'm not concerned with but don't annoy me enough to put them on the ignore list.
