Demon paint issue resolved?

Greetings,
I was wondering if the paint chipping issue that I read about with the Demon mask had been resolved. If so, how would you know if you are buying the "improved" model?

It has been resolved, the newer version uses a molded pc vs. a painted pc.

What should I look for to ensure that I have the "newer model", short of trying to scratch the paint? Is there a part number or serial number denoting the new version?

Gary,

No, it is a running change. Hard to describe as they look the same, but if you can tell the difference on the gray part between paint and molded you can see it, if not, no way to tell.

Thanks Phil! I am placing an order for the Demon, X-vision, X-vision mid, and Liquidskin X-vision.

Hopefully between the 4 of them, my wife and I can decide on a new mask!
