I will give this quiz a shot...
Not Pilot, Air1, 109, and all Ds.
The 216 or 218 spring will work in all the rest?

edit: not sure about M5, M50, and Polar but guessing they do not use the 216 & 218

That's right.
M5, M50 and Polars are inside basically 109s with Duro Poppet, so they use the same spring as 109s.
There is no adjuster screw, just a 'Dive or Predive' switch.
