Anyone know the status of Deep Zone in Houston? Is this a real thing? They're collecting registrations but there is no opening date or construction information.

You tell me .... I think it's a pipe dream.

A cool as hell idea that when you put pen to paper, there's just no way it would ever pay out. So unless somebody finds a deep-pocketed brazillionaire who don't mind paying a metric but load of cash just to throw into a (literal) hole in the ground, this place has a long future as a storage yard of some sort, until a developer can divide it up and put McMansions on the dirt.
