The trick is you just drop some lp 85's on your feet until they spread out to fit the bigger pocket.

umm, my foot is pretty much a perfect 10.5 D, the Large works great with normal wet booties and "turbo sole" type drysuit boots, sneaker sole boots of the "standard" drysuit boot and I am in the XL. I weara 11 in dive boots as nobody makes half sizes (hmm..idea)My issue is the fin pocket is too big. I have a Large fin, and have tried my largest booties (which are almost OK) but my favorite booties rattle around.
Any plans for producing a Medium-size fin for normal people rather than all the BigFoots out there?
Will the S-M be the same size fin, or will it be smaller too?umm, my foot is pretty much a perfect 10.5 D, the Large works great with normal wet booties and "turbo sole" type drysuit boots, sneaker sole boots of the "standard" drysuit boot and I am in the XL. We are making a sm-med and a XXL.
Sorry to hear you aren't getting a good fit
I don't have any LP85s; I've got HP100s, and with the different size valve neck, I don't they they'll work the same. The trick is you just drop some lp 85's on your feet until they spread out to fit the bigger pocket.
In fact, I'm looking for a pair of dive sneakers! I tried the Poseidon One Shoe, but it has a wimpy little sole, not a nice solid, thick tread. I need that heavy sole anyway for coral rubble (think Bonaire).Miracle-gro or booties with a real tread sole would be my suggestions if you dont want to wait for another size.
Well, they aren't rubber, weigh much less (5.2lbs a pair versus the 7.2 of jets I just weighed on the same scale) They are pretty much neutral in fresh, positive in salt water. The foot pocket is VERY different than a jet, we spent a ton of time working on making the most comfortable foot pocket we could giving full foot support without digging into teh top of your foot. The speing strap attachment is different than jets as well, and you get to choose between the pull tab spring cover or webbing (every pair comes with the webbing if you prefer to use)
They are also $100, versus $140-150 for the jets with a spring strap.
In fact you can get two pairs for $180 so you can have a pair for diving wet and a pair for diving dry.
I think large, but not sure. I will check (re weigh)when I get back in office. That said the XL fin is more buoyant than the Large, very slightly positive in fresh.. "floaty" (how is that for a technical term?) in saltIs the 5.2 Lbs the weight of the size large or the XL fins?
Thanks
