I'm not sure you'll be able to find someone who still teaches IANTD Deep Air and there wouldn't be much of a reason to take it unless you are geographically removed from trimix and have a need to dive deep.

Note that the Deep Diver course isn't "technical". It extends to 130 feet, though it may be taught in doubles, etc..
Exactly. IANTD's Deep Diver course is a "sport diving" class and is not in their technical program (same for their their Adv EANx Diver course, btw). "Sport Diving" to them seems to be just a tad beyond what other agencies consider recreational diving.

The old IANTD S&P (from 2003) for the Deep Diver course specifically said:
3. It is recommended that this Program be taught in conjunction with the IANTD EANx Diver Program or the Recreational Trimix Diver Program or the IANTD Advanced EANx Diver Program.
4. This program qualifies divers to dive to 130 fsw (30 msw).

You'd probably be hard pressed to find someone to teach the Deep Diver class on its own, IANTD seems to prefer to combine related classes in order to teach them as a set.

And despite what the old-timey logo says, Deep Air Diver isn't even an IANTD course anymore.

I'd point you to their current S&P document but, like many other training agencies, they seem to have taken it off of their website in favor of a "course summaries" page.
