Can Dean's Blue Hole be reached by boat? I'v seen pictures and the water looks pretty shallow getting there. Also in all the pics I"ve seen I didn't see one boat.

The ocean access is very shallow and there is a very shallow reef right offshore. I don't think it would be worth trying to get a boat in there but the open ocean is just to the left in this picture. You could anchor outside on a calm day and wade through the flats. You can drive a car right up to it. Here are some pics that I took there:
