Well, I used them for the whole week I was in Bonaire & they worked great with any number of kick styles.
My only "complaint" is really one of my own making: I bought a pair sized on the hope that they would accommodate BOTH my drysuit boots AND my wetsuit booties. So fit is a little big for my wet booties: I have to tighten them pretty much as tight as they will go. And things are further complicated by the fact that these are not the high-toppers, so you have to position the strap "just so" or it rubs.
Like I said... problems of my own making. But the fins themselves are pretty cool!
