I've had a pair of Gull (?) Warp Mini fins for over ten years. I like them very much, but they just started to tear at the heel, so I need a replacement. It seems that these same fins are no long made so I'm seeking a similar replacement. I prefer a full foot fin and one that is not too long as I value the maneuverability.

Does the same manufacturer make a similar sized fin or do I need to look elsewhere? (I looked at Gull's website but my tiny brain had trouble figuring it out,)

I ended up buying the Tusa Kail Full Foot fin. It's about the same form factor as the Warp Mini with a blade that's about 5cm longer and much softer rubber. Easy to put on and quite comfortable. We'll see how they do on a dive.

SB is heavily North America-centric so I wouldn't expect much help with "available in Asia only" gear here.

Gull's latest catalogue downloadable from WARP FIN | Gull Scuba Diving & Snorkeling Equipment lists Warp fins but not the Mini version, so I guess you are right about that model being discontinued. If the blade dimensions of the current Warp fins do not pass muster, Kinugawa-Gull manufactures Mew and Emden fins with shorter blades. Other Japanese manufacturers produce full-foot rubber fins, e.g. Tabata (Kail and Sport), Ikari (Madras and Athlete) and Diveways.

I had no idea that the Gull products were Asia-only. But then again, how would I?

TUSA Kail webpage says "available in Asia only" but then again: it may be the US version of the page served based on geo-IP that says that. The page shown to Thai customers may not.

And then there's a lot of fins available here under another name/brand like Sporti or FINIS etc.

Isn't globalization amazing. I never got the the Tusa page. Their international home page lists a bunch of regions, but the link to my region (Asia Pacific) doesn't work. So, I just relied on information from vendors. Oddly, the Tusa Kail seemed to be in short supply. I was able to find my size (L), but not my color (Yellow), so I settled for blue.
