I am planning a trip to Coz in March or April as well. I have been researching the crap out of this because I really didn't want to go during spring break, but I don't have much choice (except to NOT go, which is not an option). So far, it seems that Bay Adventures has one of the better deals I've seen. Bay Adventures seems great for dive/hotel/flight packages. I will be using them to stay a Plaza Las Glorias-most likely middle of March. They seem to have a good deal with Dive Paradise. Contact their site, and they will E-mail you a quote.
