Thanks for the ideas. Better than lying it against a curb and pinning it down with my truck.

Ah, it works due to the "pinch" :D

A couple pieces of plywood 'tween the cylinder and the concrete will protect the finish on the tank. Stick the wrench on the valve before you position the vehicle, so you can ensure the wrench will be in the most advantageous position.

Hey guys, thx for your help, wanted to post a few pictures that would have helped me instead of words to build my own solution :)

That's what I came to for a "portable" solution.

Not clean, painted and pretty but fully functional!
