Take it (the 3mill) if you are doing multiple dives per day, you will get cold.

Yes, I would bring it if you get cold easily. I don't generally get cold too easily, and I was chilly once during the week while diving in just my rash guard.

Have a hoodie for the surface intervals but the water is not that cold once you are in
