Localdivah: Costa Rica has some good diving..and it's fairly cheap also. You would dive in Guanacaste..the pacific side of it. the viz isn't that great as in the caribbean but, tons of marine life there. Bat Island & Catalina Island is good to see big fish..such as diving with Bull Sharks etc. again, it's fairly cheap there.

You don't need to worry about a stamp in your passport.. they don't do that anymore, my wife wanted one and asked but they couldn't / wouldn't do it.

Ha ha, they stamped mine :)

with the help of a por favor and a nice big smile to the woman checking my passeport :D She looked puzzled to why I wanted that though.
