Usually about mid-May or so. I wish it would hurry up!

At the Silos it never does get too warm . Below 30 feet it stays cooler all year.
It can be around 59 or 60 degrees all Summer at 60 feet. I like that :D
It gives me somewhere to slink off to and leave the fresh baked white bread loving crowd to look at the shallow water grasses and weeds.

I'd say you can look for the upper waters to be comfortable around May

Bring some Butter

If you insist Princess Whitebread :rofl3:

Hemlon:
When in the year does CSSP get above 70 degrees?

Just checked last year's profiles. I'm showing 71 degrees average temp on April 30. I recall hanging above 20' on those dives, though.

Hemlon:
Call me white bread if you must.

But I like it warm and clear.

I'll settle for warm.

I too like warm, but will deal with cold down to low mid 50's if I can get viz above 10'. But warm and clear is usually most fun.

We'll have to hit CSSP in April... above the thermocline, of course. (Hopefully there will be one!)
