Natasha - I googled it and downloaded the software for free, very easy to do, and I'm very computer-challenged so if I can do it, anyone can do it.

Wait a minute.....I need to develop a plan of attack for telling management at work why I need to be unique and install a new browser on my laptop so that I can.....uuummmm....perform work related searches on ScubaBoard :D? Sumtin' tellz me I beez in chit wit manugement. And my IE is working just fine right now (loading fine etc.) so it may not be Firefox working in your favour this time Sam. And the problems I have experienced have not been catastrophic for the most part so I will suffer through the issues when they happen.

No issues here, maybe your steam engine need more cole.:D

Awwww. I was planning on turning that coal into diamonds.

I use Firefox and things are running smoothly now. Early today it was very slow and had several messages saying connection with server interrupted. Often, when the site was slow responding, I noticed the status bar saying "waiting on adserve.scubaboard". After awhile I just gave up and went elsewhere. Running great now though.

Maybe some sort of service provider routing problem? Last night, I lost the connection at about 1 am EST. No ping and traceroute gave the following (edited for clarity and my own ISP omitted).

so-0-2-2.mpr1.ord2.us.above.net [64.124.11.25]

Request timed out.

OTOH currently I'm successfully connecting with the considerably different:

Granted it's daytime and things may be different.

For those of us who are only capable of turning the computer on and hoping it works.....I say this:

I will literally get slapped if I download anything onto a work computer.
