Crappy Viz

Sittin here in the FA lobby just checkin in...The viz has been about 60ft..Stinky by coz standards...HOT HOT HOT...no rain. Cenotes were awesome ! Thanks Franco for suggesting Dennis he was GREAT. Having a great time Little disappointed in the viz

Yeah really. I went diving in a mud hole (a quarry actually) last week and the vis was about 5-7 feet. And they are crying about 60? grrrrrrrrrrrr

60 foot LOL...60 feet is way farther than you need to see Viz, good or bad, doesn't make a dive.

I had less than 2feet of vis on the weekend at home.
I'll take 60 feet....

On my last dive (Lake Travis), I could barely see my hand in front of my face. I'd take 60 ft. vis anytime!!!

What's the cause of the haze? weather? plankton?...bad hygene by other divers?
