I stupidly dropped my G250v 2nd stage while equiping. It fell straight on the cracking pressure valve and that one is now bend. I can still screw/unscrew it.

Should this affect the regulator?

I'll probably go in to the LSD to maybe replace the valve but just want some opinions.

Greetings,

The knob for the inhalation effort adjustment has a thinner than it should have been designed to be stem - mostly I suspect to keep the weight down.

As long as it is not broken and turns freely, it should be fine. The odds are good that it can be straightened but the possibility remains it could break when bent back.
