Presidente is NOT all inclusive & from what I've read the restaurant(s) there are overpriced. The Money Bar is within walking distance but eating out otherwise will require a taxi or rental car. 2.) It's my understanding the southern A.I.s tend to feature shorter boat rides to the reef, and sandy beaches. In town options aren't as likely to offer nice, sandy beaches sloping into the water (there may be exceptions?) and boat rides are longer.
The southern resorts have shorter boat rides to the southern reefs but may exclude you completely from the central and/or northern ones.
