Looks like you found stumpy the turtle. Nice color on the flounder and well framed on the nurse shark.
I can’t take credit for the shark pic. My DM had my camera at that time & he did take a great pic! But all the others are mineGREAT picture of the shark!!
I stayed at Sunscape Sabor & Dive with Dive Palancar.Forgive me if you posted elsewhere, but where did you stay and who did you dive with? Just curious
I am sitting here drinking my morning coffee and enjoying your pictures, the turtle and flounder are really nice. As @ReefHound says it is somewhat bittersweet, but then I read @deepsea21 and had to smile because it is important to remember that “Yes this virus issue will pass and we will return to our favorite dive places”.
You are correct, of course, with some caveats. For example, I love going to Astros baseball games - sitting shoulder to shoulder with 40,000 of my closest friends, plowing my way through the crowd, high fiving complete strangers, grabbing cold beers and hot dogs from vendors... all that stuff. I won't be doing any of that any time soon, and there are no precautions I could take that would make it safe enough for me to even consider. Not as things currently stand, anyway.Braka, even if this virus issue doesn't pass at some point we are all going to have to simply take appropriate precautions and get on with living. I'm personally closing in on that point. None of us really knows how much time we have left. COVID is only 1 risk/threat of 100's we encounter every day and have learned to accept and attempt to mitigate to our best ability every day.
