I am wondering if anyone here took the course and is volunteering in this restoration effort? I am considering doing this. I am wondering what others thought of their experience?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

also I think this is a part of project aware through padi. I am wondering what recognition you earn with this title?

As I get closer to retirement this has great interest to me. Any info is greatly appreciated

My wife and I did the course in December. It was fantastic. German is incredibly bright and passionate. Highly recommend the experience!

Thanks for posting... I am very interested in this. I literally stumbled upon the web site and am already in contact with German. I am so looking forward in taking part in this.

May I ask... how long were the dives and do you feel you learned alot about coral conservation?

If not too much trouble I would like to see the certificate you received upon completion of the course.

I plan on making this my stop each and every time I am in Cozumel.

Thanks so much!

The dives where all around an hour or so. There is tons of work to be done on the farms and restoration areas so I wouldn’t be worried about dive time. German isn’t going to rush you! He needs help and volunteers are the only way the work gets done.

It is a standard PADI project AWARE Card.

I feel even as a person who studied marine science in college that German taught me a ton and we barely tapped in to the wealth of knowledge that he has.
