wondering if anyone signed up to do this besides me?

We are planning on completing the 2-day program in November. How long is the classroom portion? Once you are certified to work on the farm do you dive whenever you want or are there set times? Just pay for the tank fill and get to work? Thanks for the info I am VERY excited to participate.

Maybe one could get Carnival Cruise Lines to pay for endless tanks for this fine effort? They put their damn pier right on Paradise Reef!
I've done a trash cleanup AWARE dive, right in town, with Liang. It was good to give back and help the ocean and reefs I love.

Or you could blame the gov for letting Carnival dynamite through the ``protected marine park'' to put their pier on Paradise. Either or I guess.

We are going participate on the 29th and 30th of July. My kids and I are looking forward to the class.
will post a review when we get back.

I'm not finding any specifics as to where to take the course, course costs, etc. Am I becoming blind in my old age? Do they want vacationers, or mainly residents? We will be there for 18 days in October and just might want to do this instead of the usual boat dives.

I don't know how much it cost after you have completed the certification. I getting the impression that they are happy to have anyone that is willing and able to help out.

I had the same problem, but I sent a PM through FB, then I called him. Is open to anyone interesting in becoming a volunteer. I sent him my travel dates and worked out a plan for the 2 day course. Cost is @ $ 170.00 class room and 4 working/learning dives.
