Woke up Monday morning to find the Underwater GPS Heads-up display (HUD) Mask under the tree.

Thanks, honey! ;)

Now all I gotta do is find the batteries.

Anyone know where to get extras of Duracel THX-1138?

I have seen the HUD mask, but did not know GPS was now working underwater!

:useless:

OOOOOO!!!

Got link?

I had not heard that GPS was working underwater. If it is, please post a link, I would love to get a hold of one of those puppies.

I hate you, I hate you, I hate you. ;) What does one of those puppies cost? I didn't know they were on the market yet. Are you sure about the GPSr?

Very cool, RoatanMan! I’ll have to check that out later this year when I come to CocoView!;)

BTW - you can find the THX-1138 at almost any good Video Rental store. Ask for George Lucas’ first feature length film. That should do you just fine. With your sense of humor, you should enjoy it a lot! :D

As for the GPS portion of the helmet, it’ll be a number of years until enough of the Block III satellites are inserted into orbit for a positional fix most of the time. That should be somewhere around 2016 with the present launch schedule and track record. You should make sure that the GPS unit is capable of receiving the L5 band. I’d also get the model that will receive GLONASS signals, and, since you’re so ahead of your time, check for Galileo, Japanese and Chinese compatibility, too! :D

Hee heee…. :rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3:

I got enough Best Buy cards to go pick up a copy of Photoshop Elements 5.0 and a good photoprinter. Now, I can start printing out some of the photos I’m taking with my Oly SP350 and PTR-030 housing that Laura got for me for Christmas.:eyebrow:

You can find them at autozone, right next to the muffler bearings and headlight fluid.
