Hi there,

I've sent SP America 2 emails using their online website contact form but have received no reply. It's been almost a month IIRC so I'm guessing I'm not going to get a reply. Is there another way, not phone, that I can't actually make contact and get a reply? Thank you.

this is what you get when a big corporation acquires a scuba company. FWIW - SP wants everything to go through the LDS, and wants nothing to do with us folks. In their mind, their customers are the LDS. Good luck.

(and this is typed by a lifetime - over 25 years - user of SP equipment)

Yeah, figured as much. oh, well I'll stop holding my breath then. It's enough to put me off buying anything SP.

I had bought TWO SP products since 1996. One was a single spg and didn't last very long and the other is the bottom timer which I believe originated from Uwatec.
I love Apeks regs. Period.

I too love Apeks, although I do now like my G250s but getting parts etc is way more problematic for me. I can get Apeks kits locally from several LDS, but trying to get SP parts, through official chanel's, is like trying to find rocking horse s%*#, not to mention how hard it is to actually get in contact with anyone at SP. I'll keep the G250s but will not buy another SP product. Shame as they do make some very nice gear, albeit a little spendy.

I tried SP Japan too and received no answer either. I give up. Seems the reputation for customer service is valid.
