As per title.

I've pulled the 21st stage apart and cleaned, it's ready for reassemble. I can do it for you if you'd like. Comes with 2 new 1st stage service kits. Of course if you want me to do it it'll only come with 1 kit.

The second stage I've not touched, it'll need servicing I'm sure.

The 21 has 4x3/8" ports and 1x7/16" hp port, so all standard sizes.

I'd like ¥10,500 ($80) kits are the lions share of the price at almost $55 the pair.

Shipping to the US is ¥2750 ($21) by courier expedited and tracked but not insured. Insured is more.

I accept PayPal in Japanese yen sent as Gift Family and Friends.

Thank you for looking. (Sorry @James79)

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a great regulator with proven reliability that is easy to rebuild without the need for specialized tools. Straightforward engineering combined with precision manufacturing.

To be honest I'm not bothered by the plastic conshelf second stages so much, just thought adding it might make it more attractive for someone and it doesn't alter shipping cost. The jewel is the 1st stage.

I'm so bored I'm gonna service it tomorrow just to fill in 10 mins of my day lol. So in 12 hours the classified will be "freshly serviced conshelf 21 1st stage with one spare kit"
