This is a special mention to Mr. Henrik Borg, product Manager for Waterproof INtl. He handled a situation with my damaged W6 7mm. He has shown interest about it since the beginning calling me directly from Sweden to Spain. Not just the fact that he fixed my wetsuit so well that can´t be recognized as previously damaged but also sent me the package with some extras. To get extras is always good,but also congratulate him to spend the time to write a note by hand,with pen and paper,. This really gives to a diving professional like myself the feeling of a more direct and personal approach.Keep up with the good job Henrik and all professionals at Waterproof INTL with best regards
