Richard Pyle works out of the Bishop Museum in Hawaii.

A lot of his stuff is on the Welcome to the Bishop Museum website . It isn't directly accessible from the main page, but most of it show up if you start at the Palau Twilight Zone Home Page . Some of the best articles I've seen on basic operation of rebreathers. Also good stuff on in-water recompression. You may have to follow a few links here and there to dig up the stuff.
