There are some nice townhouses in Delray Beach on the Intracoastal just south of Atlantic on the west side. They even have dock space available. If I didn't live in nirvana already, I could handle it up there even though it is in Delray Beach.
The street is "Marine Way". and it's only 1 block long. The development is called Marnia Bay. Nice if you have the price of admission.
