Villa is approx 1400 sqft plus furnished balconies. Full kitchen (appliances/dishes/utensils), plus a kitchenette in the lockout suite.

Resort features a concierge, spa, 3 pools, hot tub, gym, tennis, a world-renowned dive shop (Ocean Frontiers) and a beautiful beach with great snorkeling. Also has a wonderful restaurant (home of the Barefoot Man) and a beach bar, there's a convenience/liquor store/Internet cafe on site and a grocery store across the street.

Asking $1350 for the week (less than my dues/maintenance fees, the current resort promo rate is $328/night or $2296/week)
