What can be done is that whe npeople are sent to jail it is a bad enough place that people do not want to go back.

I think Maury Povich has the better take on this....send the trouble teenagers on a one day (or is it a week?) camp to jail and see if that's a place they'd like to go.

Society wouldnt let us, although I think it would be extremely effective to send them to jail for a week. Besides, the teen would most likely return to their ways a few weeks/months after they got home. The problem STILL rests with the adults and individuals. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions.

Litigation needs to be expanded to hold the guilty accountable

The current level is effective & needs to be maintained

The current level could be reined in somewhat

We should severely curb the current level of civil litigation

Fend for yourself, weakling!!!!!!!!
