Greetings,
Is the recomendation to get a bottom timer and use tables integral to DIR training or just personal preferences being stated?
Is there a reason to avoid using a dive computer?
My assumptions are that a diver does not turn off his brain when he straps on a computer and that the computer simply represents a dynamic dive table of continuous depth/time as opposed to the discreet ranges of a RDP style table.
Thanks for your time,
CJ
