I'm a Fish!
Does anyone have access to a manual for this Bauer control unit? More importantly, does anyone have any, or access to, the jumpers for the pc board? To my knowledge, it was never used on US produced machines.

Thanks in advance!
Craig

So is it just a user operation manual you want ?
How many jumpers do you want ?

Do you just want to change the cut out running pressure ?

May be i can get a copy of the operation manual
& a unit i know was changed over to get rid of all the circuit parts
so may be i can get a jumper.I know one is good other one has one of the contacts not so good.

You can make a jumper out of a reshaped paper clip at a push.

Hey Colin,
This unit has dual pressure transducers one for SCBA and the other for Scuba. It also has dual safeties with a cross over valve. Neither transducer is working and I want to jump them out so this vessel can operate the compressor using the low and high safety reliefs. The safety reliefs are the same type as on a PO (Triplex). It is a classed vessel, so I can't use home remedies. I'm just trying to get them through a short trip and then either fix the unit or tear out the Comptronics stuff and redo the control system. Maybe use a different logic controller or standard components that might be easier to come by around the world. The Comptronics itself seems to be fine. The settings show the low at 220 bar and the high at 330 bar. They actually have two Comptronic units, one on the compressor and a remote at the fill station.

I need to know where the jumpers need to be placed on the pc board. I would also need 3 of them as well.

Thanks for the reply!

Hi
I am picking up the manual in the morning.
They think that the old pc board was thrown away.
Also i will take photos of how it was replaced with a logic control unit
the transducer was replaced with a pressure switch & also had gauges fitted
