Most fill stations I've seen and used have the "standard" valve that we know and love that is easy to use and readily allows flow adjustment to the tank(s) being filled. How do the Coltri lever/joystick valves work? I'm led to believe they have an integrated bleed (similar to the Bauer fill whips, I guess) in that the pressure is released when the valve closes.

Eg, as seen on their remote fill panel:

Are they just simple open/close ball valve, or do they allow for flow control as well? It seems odd to have a fill panel that doesn't allow for flow rate adjustment?
